At Documents and Archives Center, we strive to preserve all documents of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the National Center for Documents and Archives. The university Documents and Archives Center is one of its most vital facilities, playing a crucial role in safeguarding our national heritage and documenting our rich history. Its role goes beyond merely storing documents and files; it serves as a hub of knowledge, artificial intelligence, and a solid reference that ensures the reliable and transparent availability of information for current and future generations. Through the collaboration of all university departments, we aim to excel in all tasks in line with the regulations set forth by the National Center for Documents and Archives, utilizing effective technological methods to preserve essential documents and materials, both paper-based and electronic.
This is part of the university effort to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030. We are committed to providing outstanding services in the collection, classification, and preservation of documents in a way that aligns with the latest technologies, ensuring their easy accessibility when needed and their timely use. We work diligently to protect documents from deterioration or damage, providing a secure environment that ensures their long-term sustainability. We adhere to the highest professional and practical standards in document management, constantly striving to develop and update preservation and classification methods.
